Employee Training

Aiming to establish a corporate culture where both employees and the Company can share in the joys of corporate and personal development, Nipro Pharma focuses on training. We provide systematic induction training as well as ongoing training for all employees on knowledge and skills required for each job grade. We support the development of employee careers and abilities in a variety of ways. In addition to training held by Nipro Corporation and training held by Nipro Pharma Corporation, training is given by each plant independently. We will continue to enhance training.

EHS Activities

Nipro Pharma engages in EHS (Environment, Health/Hygiene, Safety) activities with the aim of creating a work environment where employees can work safely and in good health. Securing employee safety is a top priority in business activities. We therefore strengthen accident prevention activities, as well as providing training to increase safety awareness.

FISH! Activity

FISH! Philosophy is a business management philosophy modeled after a fish market in Seattle, USA where you “Try to work cheerfully by having fun at your worksite where you spend a large part of your life.” Nipro Pharma introduced this idea and engages in various activities that will result in revitalizing each worksite and increasing the motivation of employees, such as club activities and welcome parties for those that have newly joined the Company.

In-House Childcare Facility

Nipro Pharma established an in-house childcare facility in Ise Plant in order to develop an easy-to-work environment by supporting employees to both work and manage childcare, thereby increasing employee satisfaction. This activity conforms to measures for the Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace that the government set, and it aims to resolve issues of shortage of childcare facilities associated with increases in the number of children on the waiting list for nursery places and to prevent employees from resigning due to childcare problems.
