Analysis bases in Saitama and Doshomachi that support Nipro Pharma's quality
Saitama MF Bldg. was newly constructed in Kasukabe City, equipped with testing facilities for oral, external and injectable drugs, and started operation in July 2023.
Quality testing is conducted under GMP control using various analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV.
The Doshomachi Analysis Center was newly established in Doshomachi, the “City of Medicine,” and conducts product testing using HPLC, UV, FT-IR, and other equipment.

Analytical center with various quality testing and training center functions
The Saitama Factory, located in Kasukabe City, Saitama Pref., has newly constructed an MF bldg. equipped with testing facilities for oral, external, and injectable drugs, and started operation in July 2023.In addition to quality testing of products manufactured at the Saitama Factory, various quality tests of products manufactured at Nipro Pharma plants are conducted at this facility.
The MF bldg. is equipped with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and insoluble particle analyzers for all types of dosage forms, and analytical operations are conducted daily under GMP control.

Educational sites play a central role in fostering a quality culture
A training center has been established in a corner of the Saitama MF Bldg. to provide training for new employees and mid-career hires at the time of introduction, skill improvement training for existing QC staff, and follow-up training for QC staff who have concerns about testing techniques, all of which are conducted systematically throughout the year.
Through practical, hands-on instruction here, trainees can more closely experience Nipro Pharma's quality culture, and Nipro Pharma will strive to foster a culture of quality by continuing and expanding its educational activities.

Doshomachi Analysis Center
Doshomachi Analysis Center was newly established in Doshomachi, which has long been known as the "town of medicine" as a contract testing organization for various dosage forms. We are capable of handling multiple test items using HPLC, UV, FT-IR, and other test equipment, mainly for product testing (stability testing and shipping testing). The center is located near the center of Osaka, where people can easily gather, and the new facility will enable us to expand the testing area in the future.
